GLUE STICK
CARDBOARD PAPER
PUNCH
ROPE
HOW TO :
Cut card boards into rectangle shape
Cut fabric Scrap to size
Then glue fabric to card board
Leave to dry
Punch a hole at the center top of the tag
Pass a rope through
