When Art Takes Over: A Day of Ink, Fashion, and Garden Dreams by Miabo Enyadike

When Art Takes Over: A Day of Ink, Fashion, and Garden Dreams Sometimes, a day unfolds exactly as we plan it. Other times, it takes a surprising turn, guiding us into the realm of our daydreams. My intention was to spend the day immersed in acrylics, creating a vibrant series of paintings. Instead, I found myself drifting in my studio, drawn toward thoughts of a refreshed wardrobe and a well-tended garden.                    Garden illustration;                                  Ink on paperboard;                                     by Miabo Enyadike My hands, almost instinctively, reached for paperboard, ink, and pen. With each stroke, I brought to life the vision of an inviting, lush garden, carefully pruned and vibrant—a haven that existed only in my mi...

How to Decorate a Vase with Fabric Scraps by Miabo Enyadike

How to Decorate a Vase with Fabric Scraps  We all have that off cut fabric here and there, and we love these cut offs but not sure what to do with them.  I have my own stash of cut offs, sometimes ideas come up to use them.  This is one of the ideas that came up, to cover dollar store vases with fabric cut offs, mod podge and acrylic paint.  It was a bit daunting at first but later I was able to get through with it. I used lace, cotton and polyester fabrics, the easiest fabric to set on the vases, was the cotton lace fabric.  The others took a while but they all turned out well.....................ENJOY.                        💖💖💖                     MIABO ENYADIKE

LIVING AT HOME ART AND CRAFT I LOVE BY MIABO ENYADIKE

For me Art and Craft are a huge part of my life apart from it being  my trade, it is a lifestyle and one that I enjoy living. This year I have decided  to change my concept of colour, instead of keeping it simple I decided to go bold for myself and translate the real way I feel   inside of me through colour on the things I love. The only way these colourful items could be curated in my home, without being loud  was to paint my walls in my living room and beyond white so   the Art and Craft represent the colour.............Enjoy     Check more @ artmiabo.com                             MIABO

Bottle Decoration Ideas to Make by Miabo Enyadike

Bottle Decoration Ideas to Make My love for bottles, is one that I cherish and I look out for new ways, to improve and incorporate new ideas into this re-cycling craft that I love so much.  The bottle skyline I made, are different sizes of bottles put together on a wooden platform, with glue and spray paint, to create a skyline of some sort that would serve as a decor piece.  This could represent a simple sculpture piece or could be used as vases for floral arrangement, especially during the summer season. For me I put this simple yet elegant pieces, in my reading space  as a constant reminder, "that impossible is nothing"...ENJOY! 💖💖💖    Miabo Enyadike www.saatchiart.com/artmiabo

Artist Studio Vibes by Miabo Enyadike

Art Studio Vibes for 2015 Starting the year, with one of my most fulfilling Art endeavors, which is re-purposing and re-cycling discarded objects into Art. Through the last few weeks its been me, putting up inspiration/mood boards for my art this year. My busy mood board for 2014 I spent the last few weeks of last year 2014, gathering as much discarded objects from every where possible.  So I could create themes and purpose around these items.  My studio is in a total mayhem right now.  Bought a lot of cheap glass and ceramic vases from the thrift and charity stores, how exciting is that?. Collected tonnes of bottles from friends and restaurants.  Talked my favorite fabric store, into selling all there fabric remnants to me,  for cheap. Also got good quality leather scraps, from stalking my upholstery maker down the road.  With all the other necessary add on's and craft materials ready I think I'm getting my craft w...
