             Textile Art to Shop  FLOWERS IN A VASE: TEXTILE ART Flowers in a vase, is a subject I love to paint or draw, but this was something special.                  I have been on some kind of Art break. That has not really stopped me from creating art or craft that I love.                      F LOWERS IN A VASE: TEXTILE ART I collected all these pieces of fabric, from a friend of mine and decided to create the subject I love painting,instead using fabric cut offs.         It was so much fun, because the fabric pieces and zips are really colorful and organically, lend themselves to the whole idea of flowers in a vase.                        It was a good way to work and I really enjoyed the experience.......Enjoy    ...

 Flower Garden Abstract Painting to Shop Abstract art flower paintings are always an appeal to me. The difference in this particular series, are my choice of background colors.  The colors, I chose for the backgrounds of all the art, in this series is similar and vivid in its representation.  I created contrast between the flower paintings and the backgrounds to show some kind of depth, between the two.  All the floral paintings represent flowers I have photographed, seen or planted in my small back garden.  Flowers never fail to present itself as a medium of Joy, life, love and happiness and in this series, I try to evoke some of the realities attached to flowers.  My illustrations are simple and have morphed from pen and ink drawings to abstract art my favorite genre in fine art.
