Flower Garden Abstract Painting to Shop
Abstract art flower paintings are always an appeal to me. The difference in this particular series, are my choice of background colors.
The colors, I chose for the backgrounds of all the art, in this series is similar and vivid in its representation.
I created contrast between the flower paintings and the backgrounds to show some kind of depth, between the two.
All the floral paintings represent flowers I have photographed, seen or planted in my small back garden.
Flowers never fail to present itself as a medium of Joy, life, love and happiness and in this series, I try to evoke some of the realities attached to flowers.

My illustrations are simple and have morphed from pen and ink drawings to abstract art my favorite genre in fine art.
When I draw and paint flowers, I always keep in mind my audience first and what would appeal to their innermost senses.

I ask myself questions like what flower arrangement would they like? what combination of colors do they gravitate to? and what kinds of flowers or plants are most loved? by everyone, including children.
Then I start by visiting the florist store, garden shops and then read what's new or hot, in the flower and plant world.
I also check out interior decor publications, to see what's the new flower craze and how it is incorporated into the whole interior decor scheme.
I check out colors of flowers and juxtapose them on different shades and colors of cardboard, then I pick my color shades. This series is made on smooth paper boards to allow the Ink flow the size are all the same, 50 cm x 30 cm.

That was how I created this art, because my entire art philosophy is color driven.
I love color, I use a lot of it and I am not afraid of experimenting with primary colors at its purest, as you can see, the colors are not tinted or diluted they are straight out of the Ink bottle unto the paper and left to dry for 3-5 days.
'Art is the Way I See It' I always say that and indeed I put that to practice in all my works, I hope these paintings bring you Joy, Happiness and love the way they were intended to........Enjoy.
