 TURNING WORN OUT JEANS INTO ART

My new found obsession with Jean pants is no longer centered around it being a fashion staple for me, or comfort wear but a new way of innovation. 

I look at a well-worn pair of Jeans on a person or in a charity store and I see potential immediately and an even bigger creative prospect ahead.

       

                          

        

 My friends and family know that there is more to their pair of Jeans when it is no longer in use to them for me. 

                        

           

 A discarded pair of Jeans is a canvas that could produce countless creative possibilities for me as an artist

        

 

             




 my emphasis is the texture and fluid nature of the material, it lends itself to my creative process easily.

        

 Creating Sculpted Art pieces with Jeans is a Unique new way of art that I enjoy which involves a lot of patience, 

planning and creativity with a pre-knowledge that a new lease of life is being injected into this piece. 

It has to resonate with my audience creating a sense of nostalgia and wonder.

                   

     

 That being said, it is something I love to create and I enjoy every aspect of this Art
