  How to Decorate a Vase with Fabric Scraps  We all have that off cut fabric here and there, and we love these cut offs but not sure what to do with them.  I have my own stash of cut offs, sometimes ideas come up to use them.  This is one of the ideas that came up, to cover dollar store vases with fabric cut offs, mod podge and acrylic paint.  It was a bit daunting at first but later I was able to get through with it.
